Current designs for this expansion include zoned Gambling, Bourbon Village and Shops, a Conference Center, Water Park, ATV Park with Zip Lines, Walking & Bike Paths and many more activities for fun and entertainment. Additionally, our Phase 2 Entertainment Zone consists of another 400+ acres for future expansion and growth.
